Catching Some Sun

Yesterday I was itching to take some photos outside. It's spring, (as if you don't know), and life is getting greener, warmer, prettier. It's just too good to stay inside! Ryan and I almost missed the light entirely had we not jumped from our seats and ran to the field just beyond my house (lucky me!). We each took some photos, here's what we got:

I've known Stephanie since she was in early high school, wait, maybe even middle school? Anyway, I was thrilled to be able to hit downtown Salem with her and take photos.

We definitely worked as many little corners, alleys, and storefronts as we could in our 1 1/2 session, but I'm glad we did!

Park Day W/ The Nephews

This entry is a little late in coming, but at least it's getting up here, right? About a week and a half ago I went to river front park with Ryan, my sister Carli and her two boys (my nephews) Isaiah and Zeeky. We had to catch some of the first rays of our Spring sun, even if it was really windy. These boys can be tough to photograph, and although there's some crazy blown-out areas and shadows, I love these kiddos too much to not show them off!

Ryan & I brought them cupcakes. YUMMMMO!
