I'm looking out my window and realize the snow hasn't subsided for 8 hours now. Wow, not the norm in the Mid-Willamette valley of Oregon. But at least the ice from yesterday has melted! Check out these photos from our back & front yard.

wow!!!! thats crazy! I remember the first time my car had ice on it in Mass and I didnt know what to do but I didnt have any way of making it melt and had to get to school by 8 so i went inside and got hot water and poured it on the windshield.....it worked..i told this story to Nicole and Derek and they laughed and told me I was nuts because I could have cracked the windshield. haha. im so floridian.
